Cuisine
Our Cuisine is deliciously simple. Our chefs source the freshest ingredients from neighbouring farms and create menus that reflect the rich agricultural tradition which has flourished in the Nile Valley for thousands of years. Meals can be served almost anywhere in the hotel, whether in your room or garden.
Breakfast
If you want plenty of fuel for the day’s adventures, nothing beats a Nile Anchor breakfast. Served in our restaurant, there’s so much to tuck in to; from our delicious plated full English breakfast, to fresh fruit and cheeses, and everything in between. Enjoy your everyday favourite or try something new – the choice is yours.
Non-residents are also welcome to make breakfast reservations.
Sunday Lunch
Join us for our popular plated Sunday lunch, served between 12pm and 4pm in our freshly breezed gardens.
We also boost a rich A la carte menu offering a diverse rich nutritious food pallate. Enjoy three courses or two courses for a decent pricing.
After dining, why not sit in our gardens and enjoy playing a couple board games? It’s the perfect way to end your weekend on a high.
The Bar
Reminiscent of a more glamorous era of Nile travel, our Bar at the center of the gardens is a place of many moods, of swinging jazz and slow, deep blues. Here, our long-serving barman, serves marvellous cocktails and aperitifs.
